Right now, when a staff member changes Service Desks, they'll have to sign out and then sign in again. Our staff gives it 5 stars and so do we. Cons: Every once in a while the time clock will be glitchy. You also have many employees that may be out in the field. Pros Web based Cons Information not easily accessible or clinically practical System goes down and they are not responsive. They truly care about their employees and are willing to go above and beyond to help staff to be the best that they can be at what they do.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just commit yourself and you will like using this for all your payroll and scheduling needs. I was at Kidbrook South East London branch closing down clearance between November - 15 December 2018. Cons: 1 It doesn't connect to your payroll system even if they say it does 2 you can't have more than one location and share staff between 2 locations, because the 2 separate schedules don't recognise each other which means when you auto-populate the schedule it double books staff members. The system tracks tardies, which is awesome, bc after 90 days, anyone who has been tardy more than 20% of their shifts, only gets offered a part time position within the company. The more I used it, the more impressed I was with it. Cons: We just started experimenting with clocking in and out. My staff are pretty frustrated with the difficulties using the mobile app. All product and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
